Custom Plan Design starts by filling out our Design Request Form. Once it has been received, you will meet with one of our registered designers to see if R Plans is a good fit for your project.
To keep the process simple, Custom Plan Design follows the four steps below.
This is where we conceptualize and brainstorm about everything your project should be.
In the Floor Plan phase, you will see a two-dimensional drawing of your home.
During 3D Reveals, you will see computer renderings of your home, inside and out.
Construction Documents are the pages your builder needs to construct your home.

FINISH SELECTIONS
All Finish Selections will fall into one of two categories, Hard or Soft Finishes.
Hard Finishes are considered permanent finishes and are applied directly to the wall, ceiling, flooring, and cabinetry. They also include plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliances.
Soft Finishes are the furniture and accessories specified to finish out the space. These are considered temporary finishes.
